How to speed up my slow azz internet?

I got slow internet that i rely hate, i'm use to realy fast internet datz y im not use to it so i realy hate it. So is there ANY way i could speed it up 4 free? Even if it juss speedz it up a little ill b a lil happy. PLEASE help
