A relative that is leaving the kids alone at night ?

Dealing with DCF is VERY DIFFICULT! I recommend that you PLEASE go to and read the link below and share the info that you glean from it with the parents. If they are a little "slow", they will most likely need your help when reviewing & trying to understand the info.
