What should i do ? about theses panic attacks?

can aniexty and panic attacks cause you to think weird stuff like (dying, getting hurt etc) ive been having panic attacks alot lately and always thnking bad stuff like with my food and stuff im only 17 and have a 15mth old and a 2 mth old ive been under lots of stress ive been to the doctors and stuff but i dont know what to do to get these thoughts to go away ....... has any one had this problem???
