Scandal of CHRISTIAN EVANGELISATION INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES?

Abp. Paul Austin Baker, formerly Bishop Baker, has a proven track record of borrowing money from parishioners and businessmen and then not paying it back. He also had to leave his previous church because of money discrepancies. He also has a habit of proposing marriage to parishioners he fancies, who are much younger than him, despite being married, and then pursuing them for years as though he is a single man. You can even see a video of him getting engaged to a parishioner he pursued for many years on YOU TUBE. Yet the church continues to allow him to look after money and the welfare of parishioners. Is this stupid?
